Everyone is invited to come along to Motutere Bay TOP 10 Holiday Park for a fun hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to build a rat trap tunnel. Build a Rat trap tunnel to take home and put in your backyard to help native birds thrive in your backyard. Trapping in your backyard has loads of benefits. But most importantly, getting rid of rats makes your garden a safe place for our unique native wildlife to live and feed.

Duration: 2 hours

Minimum Age: All ages (0-12 years with adult supervision).

Meeting Place: Motutere Bay TOP 10 Holiday Park, State Highway 1, Motutere 3382

Cost: $30 per trap (not participant) please bring cash on the day

Participants are asked to bring

• Sunglasses, sunscreen and hat

• Water
